How to book the Sacred Valley today and leave tomorrow, in three steps

Ask about space on WhatsApp, pay on WeTravel before 8 pm (Cusco time) and that same night you get your pickup time. The price is the same as booking a month ahead: from US$29.
Today you can book until 8 pm to leave tomorrow.—Is there space tomorrow?

The three steps

Ask about space

On WhatsApp (+51 994 822 637), at any hour: the departure, how many of you and, if you have one, your train. We tell you how many seats are left for tomorrow.

Pay before 8 pm

On the tour page: you choose the lunch and where the day ends, the total shows before you pay and the WeTravel checkout opens without leaving the site. Confirmation by email straight away.

Get your pickup time

That same night, on WhatsApp: approximate time, meeting point if the bus cannot reach your street and the amount in soles for the entrance fees.

Three mistakes we see every week

  • Paying without asking about space. If the bus is full we have to refund and start over; one message beforehand avoids it.
  • Thinking Express means shorter. It is the longest: 11–12 hours. “Express” means seeing 5 sites in one day.
  • Waiting for the bus at your hotel on the way back. The return ends in central Cusco; from there you walk or take a taxi. The three ways to get there and back, in how to get to the Sacred Valley.

Bookings for tomorrow: non-refundable; you can move the date if there is space, and we reschedule or refund if we cancel for weather. With more notice, tell us early, get more back.

No. The WeTravel email on your phone is enough; the guide has the list with your name. The only thing you must carry is your passport, which they ask for at the Tourist Ticket checkpoints.

Yes. Put the traveler’s name on the booking and give us their WhatsApp number so we send the pickup time to them. The 8 pm deadline is Cusco time, not yours.

The website no longer offers tomorrow: the first date becomes the day after. If you still need to leave tomorrow, write to us; if the bus has room and the list is not closed yet we will try, but we cannot promise it.

Until the night before and subject to space, yes: Express ↔ Classic, or back to Cusco ↔ ending in Ollantaytambo. If the new total is higher you pay the difference; if it is lower, we refund it through WeTravel.

Ask on WhatsApp with the ages before paying; we confirm the fare that applies and whether the student Tourist Ticket applies. The Classic is the route we recommend with small children, for its departure time and its pace.

San Blas and the historic center, yes; on streets the bus cannot enter, at a meeting point a few minutes away on foot. For hotels outside the center, give us the address when you ask about space and we confirm whether it is on the route or which point is closest.
