By booking on www.vallesagradoexpress.com you enter into a contract with Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL (tax number 20600007204) for a one-day Sacred Valley tour on the terms of this page: prices in US dollars per person, payment through WeTravel, online bookings until 8 pm (Cusco time) to depart the next day, entrance fees not included and the cancellation policy “tell us early, get more back”.

Version 1.0, October 2026. Provisional document pending legal review. This is a translation for information; the Spanish version published on this website on the date of your booking is the one that prevails.

1. The parties

The operator is Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, tax number 20600007204, with an office at Av. Tullumayo 111-B, Cusco, Peru, GERCETUR Cusco licence No. 221-2024 and Ministry of Culture registration AG2164. The client is the person making the booking, who declares that they are of legal age and act on behalf of the other travelers on their booking.

2. The service

A one-day Sacred Valley tour on one of four departures: Sacred Valley Express returning to Cusco (6:20 am–7 pm), Sacred Valley Classic returning to Cusco (7:20 am–6:30 pm), and the same routes finishing at 3:30 pm inside the Ollantaytambo archaeological park. Each departure includes pickup at accommodation in the historic center of Cusco, tourist transport, a certified guide in English and Spanish, buffet lunch at Rustica (Urubamba), transfers between the sites and a first-aid kit. The return routes end in the center of the city of Cusco, not at your accommodation; the routes finishing in Ollantaytambo do not include a return to Cusco or a transfer to the train station. The order of the stops may vary for traffic, weather or instructions from the authorities without giving rise to a refund, provided the sites on the route are visited.

3. What is not included

The Tourist Ticket, the entrance to the Maras salt mines (Express routes), drinks and snacks, tips, purchases, travel insurance, the train ticket to Machu Picchu and any service not listed in section 2. The entrance fees are set by the Tourist Ticket administration and by the community of Maras, may change without notice and are paid in soles on the day of the tour.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in US dollars per person, taxes included, and are those published on this website on the date of the booking: from US$29 (Classic ending in Ollantaytambo) to US$32 (Express returning to Cusco) with the Rustica lunch, plus fixed upgrades of US$4 (14 Inkas), US$15 (Don Ángel) and US$20 (Tunupa). The private tour is quoted by group size, from US$90 per person. There is no last-minute booking surcharge. Online payment is made through WeTravel, which processes the card; the operator does not access card details. Payment at the office is accepted in soles or dollars from Monday to Saturday until 7:30 pm. The booking is confirmed when the client receives the WeTravel or office receipt.

5. Bookings for the next day

Online bookings to depart the next day are accepted until 8 pm, Cusco time (GMT−5), every day. No same-day departures are operated. The operator recommends checking availability on WhatsApp before paying; if no seat is available after payment, the operator will offer another departure with space or a full refund. The pickup time and point are communicated on WhatsApp the night before departure and may vary by a few minutes from the time stated.

6. Cancellation, changes and no-shows

The policy that applies is «Tell us early, get more back», set out on its own page: a 70% refund with 30 days’ notice or more, 50% under 72 hours, 30% under 48 hours, and no refund under 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. What counts is the time of the notice by WhatsApp or email. Bookings for the next day always fall within the final 24 hours and are non-refundable; the client may change the date free of charge if there is space, by giving notice before the pickup time. Changes of route, lunch or end of the day are accepted until the night before subject to availability, paying or refunding the difference. Refunds are issued through WeTravel to the original payment method. Groups of 4 or more and private tours are governed by the terms agreed at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation by the operator and force majeure

If the operator calls off a departure because of weather conditions, road blockades, the closure of sites by the authorities or any other force majeure, the client chooses between rescheduling free of charge or receiving a full refund. The operator is not liable for costs outside the tour (train tickets, accommodation, flights) arising from a force majeure cancellation, nor for delays in arriving in Ollantaytambo or Cusco caused by traffic or events beyond its control.

8. The client’s obligations

To be at the pickup point at the time communicated; to carry a passport or identity document, required at the Tourist Ticket checkpoints; to carry cash in soles for the entrance fees; to follow the guide’s instructions at the archaeological sites; to disclose any relevant medical condition before booking, and to consult their doctor about the altitude (Cusco 3,350 m; highest point on the route, Chinchero, 3,762 m). The operator may refuse boarding, without a refund, to anyone who presents in a state that endangers the safety of the group. Minors travel accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Liability

The operator is liable for the proper provision of the services in section 2 in accordance with Peruvian tourism regulations. It is not liable for items left behind in the vehicle or at the sites, for services bought from third parties (train, entrance fees, accommodation) or for decisions by the authorities that administer the sites. On busy dates the operator may provide the service using vehicles and guides from licensed Cusco operators under its coordination, retaining its liability towards the client.

10. Personal data and image

Booking data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, solely to provide the service and communicate with the client. The operator does not take or publish photographs of travelers for commercial purposes without their express consent.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Peru. Complaints are handled at the office at Av. Tullumayo 111-B, Cusco, Peru and through the contact channels; the premises keep a Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) as required by consumer protection regulations. The courts of Cusco have jurisdiction over any dispute.
