What it is like

It is the largest and the calmest of the four: tables are spread across dining rooms and gardens running down to the riverbank, so a group of 17 stops feeling like a group. The buffet is the most extensive, with its own pastry and a starter and salad table the others do not have.

Choose it if the setting matters to you as much as the food. What does not change is the clock: 50 minutes, because at 2:15 pm the group goes into Ollantaytambo. To stretch lunch out, the way is the privado, which adapts the schedule.

How to choose it

On the tour page

Below the price, tap “Tunupa”. The total recalculates and the payment button opens the WeTravel checkout for that combination.

Or change it later

On WhatsApp until the night before; you pay or receive the difference.

On the day of the tour

The bus drops you at Tunupa at 12 pm; the buffet is served when you arrive. 50 minutes.

Making the most of the 50 minutes

  • Help yourself on arrival and leave the last ten minutes to walk down to the garden and see the river.
  • Taste before you fill the plate: it is the widest buffet of the four.
  • Sunscreen if you eat outside: at 2,871 m the midday sun is strong.
  • Drinks are paid separately, in soles or by card.

Bookings for tomorrow: non-refundable; you can move the date if there is space, and we reschedule or refund if we cancel because of the weather.
